Shipping days are Tuesday thru Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be shipped the following business day. Shipping dates excluding holiday and the week of July 4. (All Skins stores are closed the week of the July4th. A week is determined by a week starting on a Sunday and ending on a Saturday).
Every effort will be made to ship orders as soon as they are received. Most orders received before 2pm EST will be shipped within one business day.Any product that is out of stock will be shipped as it becomes available for shipment. Skins will notify you by telephone or e-mail of the estimated ship date. There is no need to reorder.
Shipping prices vary depending on weight as well as your delivery zip code. For exact shipping costs, simply add your selected items to the shopping cart and enter your zip code for an accurate calculation.

What if I Type in the Wrong Address?
A $10 fee may apply for an incorrect shipping address!
1. When a customer enters an incorrect address most shipping carriers will charge us a $10 fee to locate the correct address so the package can be delivered. We will pass this charge on to the customer. This occurs very rarely and we will always attempt to contact the customer first before we ship the package if the address looks questionable.
2. If you enter an incorrect shipping address such that the package is shipped to another person and cannot be recovered, we will have to charge you the full order price again if you want the order shipped to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.
Non food items
Please initiate your return within 30 days after the item was shipped. To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, etc. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition – we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Skins Inc. reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
How to return an Item?
1.) Call us at (864) 375-9792 or email email@example.com to notify us that you would like to return a product. Please state the reason for the return and your order number. Most items that have not been opened can be returned. Exceptions will be made if the item is defective in some way.
2.) Our customer support representatives will give you information on how and where to return the product.
3.) You will have to pay for the return shipping costs. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. Once we receive and process your return we will give you a refund less any shipping costs on your order. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.
